Do I have to be a Helena Health Club member to work with a nutrition coach?

No. Our nutrition coaching program is available to both members and non-members. Many clients choose to combine gym access and coaching for the best results, but it’s not required.

Will I get a strict meal plan to follow?

We focus on flexible structures and habits instead of rigid meal plans. You’ll receive clear guidelines, portions, and examples, but we build them around foods you like and your schedule so they’re realistic to follow.

How often will I meet with my coach?

Most clients meet or check in weekly, especially at the beginning. We’ll work with you to determine the frequency and format (in-person or virtual) that matches your needs and coaching package.

Can you work around dietary restrictions or medical conditions?

Yes. During your assessment, we’ll collect relevant information about allergies, intolerances, and any medical considerations. While we do not replace medical care, we can coordinate with your provider’s recommendations and create a plan that respects your needs.

How long should I plan to work with a coach?

Many clients see meaningful changes in 8–12 weeks, but lasting habit change often takes longer. Think of coaching as an investment in skills and understanding you’ll use for years, not a quick fix.
