No. Our nutrition coaching program is available to both members and non-members. Many clients choose to combine gym access and coaching for the best results, but it’s not required.
We focus on flexible structures and habits instead of rigid meal plans. You’ll receive clear guidelines, portions, and examples, but we build them around foods you like and your schedule so they’re realistic to follow.
Most clients meet or check in weekly, especially at the beginning. We’ll work with you to determine the frequency and format (in-person or virtual) that matches your needs and coaching package.
Yes. During your assessment, we’ll collect relevant information about allergies, intolerances, and any medical considerations. While we do not replace medical care, we can coordinate with your provider’s recommendations and create a plan that respects your needs.
